We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of 1 year customer service experience and who wants to expand their knowledge and skills in a fast, growing business.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for our client who offers a hybrid working pattern. (Although will need to attend the CMK office for training).
The role of an Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor is to support the brand portfolio with all customer service enquiries, order processing, returns and refunds.
You'll need to be confident on the telephone having had some experience of speaking to customers and resolving issues, as you can take up to 100 calls per day. You'll be the voice of the company.
To be considered for this role:
Customer Service Experience (1 year)
Experience of handling inbound and outbound calls
Confident telephone manner
Self-starter and reliable
Knowledge of Excel (even if it's basic)
Desirable knowledge of Zendesk, Magento 2 and SAP
Working 37.5 Hours Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (30 mins lunch), kitchen, free tea, coffee, a treat fridge.
