Calling all Customer Service experts! We need you!

Do you feel that you that you are great with customers? Do you enjoy being part of a team?

An extremely successful and expanding business are seeking a Digital Customer Service advisor to join their friendly team. You will be mainly assisting your customers with any technical queries that they have and processing their orders.

Role

·Taking inbound calls from customers to answer their technical queries

·Dealing with customer orders via phone and email.

·Order processing using Sage to input orders onto the system

·Organising the onsite engineer’s diary and booking him into jobs

Requirements

·Must have excellent customer service skills

·Understand and speak English to a high level

·Computer Literate

·Possess great administration skills.

Full training provided.

Hours

Monday To Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Pay

£22k – £25k depending on experience.
