Do you enjoy customers and like to know you have made a difference? Then this may be the role for you working as a Data Quality Executive.
I am recruiting for a modern, enjoyable and growing business in Milton Keynes who are a leader in their market.
I am looking for candidates who are passionate about customers and have a real desire to help. You will be supporting with queries, as little or as big as they are you must treat every customer as they are as important as the next. You will be investigating cases, researching, updating and making decisions on queries that have been put forward.
As a Data Quality Executive each day you manage the inbox, liaise with customers, raise queries to be investigated further, ensure timescales are met, access the urgency of queries and raise any that require immediate action. You will speak to customers as well as internal teams to ensure all information is gathered correctly and the correct process/actions have been followed. You will be the first point of contact for complaints and look at ways to help them promptly.
It is essential for this position to want to help customers and enjoy doing so. You must be confident on the phones, and have great communication skills with good questioning and listening skills. You must have experience composing complex emails to customers. Great attention to detail and good time management skills. An understanding of GDPR regulations is also beneficial.
