Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a three month temporary contract.
Position: Data Entry Clerk
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
Duration: Temp
Salary: £11-13 per hour D.O.E
As the Data Entry Clerk your role will involve the following important duties:
Entering and processing customer orders in the inventory control system.
Taking care of our customers by phone, mail, letter.
May need to assist in creating sales statistics and other evaluations in Excel.
Helping out at trade fairs/sales events.
The Person will…
Be skilled in written communication, including email and letter
Have experience working within a customer service role
Have the ability to work in a call handling and administrative role
Possess a passion for delivering world class customer service
Be a team player with lots of patience
Will demonstrate a good standard of IT skills to include Outlook
Have knowledge of SAP SD Module (Advantageous)
Have the ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work independently
Has a keen interest in outdoor pursuits
