Gi Group present a fantastic opportunity to join a Global Parcel & Logistics company who are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team based in Milton Keynes.
The customer service department are responsible for handling the majority of contacts between internal departments and customers daily! A successful candidate will be part of a growing team with a collective goals to log customer queries, ensure all communication with customers is performed in a professional and timely manner including tracking of customers' orders, promoting self-service and alternative products to new and existing customers.

The right candidate will be:
– Able to build rapport with customers and establish customers' needs
– Capable to consistently handle inbound calls, contact flow
– Skilled in confidently give customers information provided
– Able to remain positive and enthusiastic throughout all customers contact
– Able to provide HIGH LEVELS of quality service
– Confident in maintaining customer loyalty
– Able to deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
– Based ideally in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
– Flexible on working weekends

A successful candidate will REQUIRE the following:
– Proven experience within a customer service environment
– Past call centre experience
– Experience in working with MS Excel and Word
– IT Literacy
– Excellent spelling and grammar
– Complete in full 5 year address and employment history (will be checked)
– Have a clear criminal record (this will be done prior to any employment offer)

Working hours are:
Monday – Friday between 9:00am – 19:00pm
