Our team of Customer Service Executives thrive on customer satisfaction and have outstanding attention to detail. They enjoy a diverse and challenging role, supporting different parts of the business and looking after a number of important corporate clients.
Due to continued growth, following significant investment, we are looking for a new Customer Support Executive to work within the Smart Recruit Online team. We will give you as much responsibility as you can handle and as much support as you need.
However, you should be genuinely passionate about providing the very best levels of Customer Service, like we are!
We are a vibrant team of 10 people, here in our UK office, although we will be growing rapidly over the next 12-18 months and that will create opportunities for the right people.

You would be joining the Industry's leading online recruitment service, helping our customers to utilise our multi-award-winning technology, tools and services.
Working within a professional buzzy office, you will provide copywriting services, user support, and tailored recruitment advice to all types of customers. No day is quite the same, but every day is busy, as there is always something that we can do to aid the campaigns of our clients.
One of the most important elements of your role will involve assisting our clients with copywriting of their job adverts and suggesting ways that they can be improved. There is a structured process and formula for most things that we do, including job advert writing and system support and you will receive training and guidance to become an expert in both so that in no time, you will become a 'go to' contact for all things recruitment. 40% of your role will be spent providing exceptional customer service to our existing client base and 60% will be spent writing engaging, creative content within our clients job adverts and profiles.
This is a fast-paced varied role, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to fit into our busy support function. We are looking for someone who is highly IT literate and well versed in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. We need someone who is confident, articulate and able to grasp a quick understanding of multiple software applications. A fast learner with a keen eye for detail is exactly what we want.

Essential Skills
Previous experience in a Copywriting or Administration type role is essential
Exceptional Customer Service skills

Good qualifications in English & Maths (GCSE level 4 or Grade C or above)
First class attention to detail especially with writing, spelling and grammar
Good team player and a reliable team member
Confident and conscientious with a bubbly personality

Data entry, report writing
