We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who loves working in a busy, creative environment and thrives when speaking to people and problem solving.
Our client works in partnership with global well known brands, delivers to a prestigious client base and regularly wins industry awards. They want someone to join them who will help them deliver the finest customer care to suit their high quality products.
Th role:-
Managing owned national accounts, including processing orders
Dealing with Customers requests, queries and orders
Update system with all changes and update all key parties of any developments
Administration of your key accounts you are responsible for
Our client is based in Tillbrook and offers free parking and a lovely family feel working environment. The working hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9m – 4.30pm on Friday.
