I am recruiting for a modern, enjoyable and growing business in Milton Keynes who are a leader in their market.

Seeking Customer Support Executive who are passionate about customers and have a real desire to help. You will be supporting with queries, as little or as big as they are you must treat every customer as they are as important as the next. You can assist with troubleshooting questions. As part of this role they are always looking at ways to improve their service and want you to contribute to putting forward new innovative ways to make the customer experience even better. This role will be primarily based on the phones with some administration.

It is essential for this position to want to help customers and enjoy doing so. You must be confident on the phones, and have great communication skills with good questioning and listening skills. If you have strong Customer Service experience based on the phones and want to start a career in a company which will offer you opportunities, then please apply ASAP.
