Quality Personnel are recruiting for a Customer Support Coordinator working in an independent family-owned company.
You will be office based and the role purpose is to develop customer services procedures, to manage customer and supplier returns for all countries.
This is a busy role working 9am to 5pm
Main duties:
* Reviewing and processing customer returns on the CRM system, and raising returns notes on One Office
* Liaising with purchasing on inspecting returned goods for compliance
* Arranging collections of returns with carriers from service centres
* Arranging supplier returns
* Issuing of customer credits
* Review and query all open issues, with an aim to have all open issues no older than 6 months
* Monitor Customer Returns, and chase up after 30 days of request
* Review and monitor customer complaints via the customer survey
* Review and update the Routeco Corporate Information Pack
* Liaising with Warehouse Team / Service Centres/ Suppliers/ Customers
* Receiving customer service calls
To be considered:
* You should enjoy dealing with people, creating and maintaining relationships as well as making a good impression both personally and for the organisation
* Be able to demonstrate you have the persistence to see a job through to conclusion and the ability to work within a structured environment
* Good Microsoft office (Excel)
* Experience in similar role is important
