Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking for a number of skilled customer service professionals to join their team as temporary Customer Support Advisors. This position will be home-based and applicants must be immediately available.
Position: Customer Support Advisor (Temporary)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Salary: £11.28 per hour
The job will involve…
* Making a high volume of outbound calls to customers
* Verifying details over the phone in line with GDPR
* Responding to emails in a prompt and professional manner
* Recording accurate and up to date customer information from outbound calls
* Adding users to the company’s system
The Person will…
* Have experienced working within customer service
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Be passionate, energetic and self-motivated
* Have good time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload
* Enjoy interaction with customers
* Be accurate and methodical with excellent attention to detail
