Our client is expanding their Customer Service team and is currently recruiting for a number of exciting Customer Support Advisor roles based in the Milton Keynes office, working within a fun and energetic team.

Within the role you will be part of a business critical team, delivering high quality customer service to the UK customers.

Position: Customer Support Advisor

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (A mix of working from home and the office)

Salary: £22,000

The job will involve…

Investigating, diagnosing and resolving customer enquiries
Providing email support on a day to day basis for customers
Working closely with customers to assist with resolving issues  
Developing and maintaining an understanding of the systems, products and processes to  effectively and efficiently handle customer enquiries
Taking ownership of issues and managing the customers expectations, whilst ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner
Making changes to products and services, as requested by customers and account managers
Recording accurate and up to date customer information from calls
