Quality Personnel are recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s growing team.
Working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) – 8.30 am – 5.30 pm with 1 hour for lunch.
You will drive and manage the customer support cycle for the product and this will include technical support to customers over the phone, email and live chat.
This role is suited to a problem solver, who has a good eye for detail.
The client offers a friendly, personable approach to their customers.
Due to the nature of the company this position would suit someone within the education sector, particularly nurseries.
