Customer Success Specialist
£28,000.00 per annum + bonus

Our client is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to work within the team providing support to internal and external customers. The aim of this role is to provide a fast and efficient service to customers with an expectation to maximise retention and improve customer satisfaction across the customer base. This role will ideally suit somebody that demonstrates excellent communication skills, customer focus and enjoys taking ownership.
As a Customer Success Specialist, your duties will include but are not limited to:
Proactively & reactively managing all retention, renewal and customer account activities with the aim of keeping churn under annual targets and delivering a first-class customer experience.
Customer contact using telephone, emails and hosting virtual meetings
Completing business reviews, ensuring customers understand the value in the solution and are receiving return on investment.
Taking ownership of specific customer issues to improve customer satisfaction.
Managing the accurate reporting of all customer data.
Ensuring the customer expectation is managed through timely communication, and flow of information to a satisfactory conclusion.
Processing customer cancellations where necessary.
Identify sales opportunities for growing the account and support the sales team with upselling where required.
Working with teams across the business to promote collaboration and resolve customer problems quickly.
To be a successful Customer Success Specialist, you will need to have:
A strong customer focus with the ability to deal with complex customer issues whilst identifying solutions to resolve problems quickly.
Excellent and proven B2B customer service/management skills.
Ability to use sound judgment and achieve value adding solutions when tasked with overcoming issues.
Proactive management of customer accounts using high level telephone interactions and techniques.
The ability to be agile, self-motivated and show a desire to gain knowledge and develop within the business.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
The ability to learn bespoke software packages.
