Customer Services Manager
We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to drive the performance of the team against the Service Level Agreements set by Kia.
Customer Services Manager Responsibilities:
Supporting the team with escalated complaints and issues
Recruitment and onboarding of new Advisors
Internal reporting (both activity, performance, and insight) to the Account Manager
Liaising with internal departments (e.g. IT, HR)
Liaising with Kia Head Office personnel
Performance management / improvement
Workflow management; ensuring the team is adequately staffed to deliver the service.
Customer Services Manager Requirements:
Excellent business administration skills with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others
Gravitas and personal self-confidence, particularly when dealing with challenging situations (both yourself and the team)
Excellent IT skills; experience of using CRM systems is particularly important
It will help your application to have experience of managing a team working remotely
An in-depth knowledge of customer services (B2C); you should possess demonstrable experience of managing a team in a comparable setting
It is not essential to have experience of the automotive industry, but it will help your application to have a working knowledge / interest.

Salary: £32,000 per annum
Contract type: Full time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
