As the Customer Account Analyst your role will involve the following important duties:

Deal with customer orders and delivery, inputting onto SAP
Investigate customer queries and complaints
Develop relationships with key customers
Analyse order patterns and process flows making recommendations and changes
Manage Batch Hold stock levels
The experience required…

As a successful Customer Account Analyst, you will have the following:

Strong Customer Service and account management experience
Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
Dynamic and outgoing personality

Summary of the Customer Account Analyst role…

Salary: £27,000 plus up to £7220 bonus

Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Maternity cover for 18 months, Full time
Hours: 9am -5pm Monday – Friday
