Our Client Services Centre, based at Knowlhill in Milton Keynes, has a number of opportunities across the department for customer-focused individuals. The department is fast paced, with lots of scope for development and growth – either within your initial role, across the wider team, or even longer term, across the wider business.
The department supports clients within our System Certification stream and our Product Certification stream – don't worry if you don't understand what they do, we can teach you that. What you will already have is a strong focus on delivering to and exceeding customer expectations, the ability to listen to customer needs, strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your time and your workload. You'll have a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ideally, you'll have experience of working with targets or a target focused attitude. You’ll have the ability to undertake effective communication at all levels and be resilient, with an ability to manage conflicting situations – sometimes via the telephone and negotiate resolutions.
