They are looking for a Customer Services professional to deal with their clients via phone, email, live chat and social media platforms.
Therefore someone with good communication skills, good PC skills and the empathy and personality to deliver the highest level of Customer Services.

The role to start will be a 30 hour working week but will need someone who is shift flexible as below and has the capacity to stretch to a 40 hour week.
Weekly rotation – 1 week of earlies then 1 week of lates
Early shift – will start at (Apply online only) but longer term stretch to a (Apply online only) shift
Late shift – will start at (Apply online only) but longer term stretch to a (Apply online only) shift.
Also need to be flexible working ever other Saturday on a (Apply online only) shift.
Would suite anyone with previous Customer Service experience as well as any retail professionals/graduates looking for their first office job
