Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor based in the Outskirts of Milton Keynes for a prestigious, local company.
Summary of the Customer Service Advisor role…
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Location: Outskirts of Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Temporary 6 weeks, could go perm, Full-time.
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm and one Saturday a month from 9am – 1pm.

As the Customer Service Advisor your role will involve the following important duties:
* Taking new and existing customer orders.
* Liaise with customers.
* Help with the dispatching of goods.
* Take clear and comprehensive notes.
* Deal with general enquiries.
The experience required…
As a successful Customer Service Advisor, you will have the following:
* Strong communication skills are essential.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own vehicle due to rural location site.
