Wild has an opportunity to work as a Team Leader for a market leader of its industry. This is a permanent opportunity based in their offices in Milton Keynes. They offer great benefits, good opportunities and a very good working environment.

As a Team Leader you will be ensuring that a first class customer experience is provided when resolving enquiries. Day to day you will also be a role model for members of the team. You will be supporting enquiries through multiple platforms. You will motivate and lead a team to achieve targets and goals set and to ensure a strong team dynamic.

Experience:

Experience with supervising a team
Exceptional customer service experience
Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, CRM and databases
Excellent communicator both written and verbal
Experience of quality checking
