Our prestigious client based in Milton Keynes are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant Team Leader to join their business, to qualify for this role you must have worked within Customer Service or from an Insurance environment.
The role involves supporting the team and being hands on taking inbound and outbound calls. You are the first point of contact for all customers working through and supporting the team. Being aware of the business demands and being flexible is a must. In the absence of other Team Leaders you will be able to take on Team Management responsibilities. Do you have enthusiasm with excellent Administration skills to work in a varied role, then please apply.
