Customer Service Supervisor

Permanent

Milton Keynes

£24,000 to £25,000 DOE

We have an opportunity for a forward thinking individual with strong customer service and administration leadership skills to join a fantastic organisation to provide administration support to their Technical department.

Experience Required

Have previously managed a team
Have developed and maintained administration policies
Demonstrably customer service focussed
Adept at producing daily/weekly reports via Excel

Key Responsibilities

To be responsible for leading a team providing administration support for the technical department.
To respond to customer telephone queries
To respond to email technical queries
To contribute to a culture of continuous improvement with all department staff
To follow department processes and procedures
Ensure correct resource in place to deal with the key responsibilities of the department.
Ensure all queries are followed through to resolution
To work under own initiative and as part of the team to ensure a high level of quality service is maintained to external and internal customers.
To follow the company Health & Safety, & Environmental policies
To respond to customer telephone and email queries with KPI's
To support staff with daily tasks
To assist in performing any additional assignments and duties as required by the needs of the Business as directed by your line manager.
Manage the key account work of the department
Ensure timesheets, overtime and holiday requests dealt with in timely manner
Ensure all reporting completed within KPI's.
