Responsible for:
* Management of the PPM and Service programme for 130 hospitals nationwide. The coordination and recording of emergency call out response.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
* Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
* Managing all aspects of Service scheduling to c.130 hospitals across the UK, including PPM/Service work to engineers, Procurement, Stock control, Call Outs and customer liaison.
* Contract Management
* Ensuring master data is correct including contract details and parts/BOM etc.
* Managing support staff
* Managing Customer Liaison
* PPM/Service visits will be carried out.
* Customer satisfaction
* Investigating non-conformance, customer feedback.
* Procurement of all PPM/Service parts
* Stock scheduling
* Liaise with field PPM/service fitters for material requirements and work allocation
* Manage clients Plant information on SHJ customer portal
Qualifications and Training:
* Degree level or equivalent
* Experience in managing/planning within a service provider industry.
Other Key Working Relationships:
* Will work closely with:
* Other office managers for coordination and management of call-out works
* The Site PPM and Service Engineers
* The Office Manager for administration and ordering/invoicing issues.
* The IT Manager for IT support
* The Business Support Manager for project related issues
