I am supporting a world leading FMCG company with their search for a Customer Service Specialist.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract based in Milton Keynes working within small but mighty team. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this position deals with export paperwork, stock management & customer orders. Whilst Supply Chain experience would be preferred, past experience in a fast paced Customer Service role is essential.
About the role:
– Processing & uploading customer orders
– Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled, communicating any issues
– Managing stock levels efficiently
– Liaise with internal & external customers across warehouse & quality
– Creating invoices upon dispatch, confirming & uploadnig all relevant documents
– In the case of a dispute, liaise with the finance team to ensure a sound resolution
– Provide a high level of customer service in line with KPIs
About you:
– Supply Chain or Customer Service experience (essential)
– Previous experience working in a FCMG or Export role
– Great IT skills
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment
– Strong written & verbal communication skills
– Commited to personal growth
– A team player
