Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Christmas Peak Temporary

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Saturday (Rotational Weekends) 8:45am to 8pm

Location: Central Milton Keynes Shopping Centre, MK9

Salary: £10.00 per hour

Requirements:
– Delivering great customer service to customers & shoppers
– Proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs and making requirements
– Providing a good experience to all shoppers visiting the Guest Services Desks
– Redeeming gift cards, wrapping presents & directing customers to their desired shops
– Being friendly and courteous to all visitors
– Having face to face conversations

A Successful Candidate:
– Previous experience and proven background in providing customer service
– A desire to go the extra mile for all customers
– Great communication skills
– Flexible working patterns, work weekends
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment

You will be representing the Centre on their Help Desk and engaging with shoppers and members of the public on a daily basis.
