We are not looking for you to have had previous recruitment or sales experience, but we are looking for someone who wants to work in a fast paced and busy environment working on the phone.

In your role you will be finding candidates to work on our client’s construction sites – as soon as we are given a job to fill then the clock starts ticking – understanding our clients needs and the skill sets they require are what gives us the edge over our competitors!
