Customer Service Manager
Our client are a small, talented team with a vast amount of experience of developing market-leading products to schools, who are all driven by a passion to solve long-standing problems for schools.
They are on the hunt to appoint a Customer Service Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone with the experience to hit the ground running, with the potential to grow into a team leader.
Our client needs someone who is serious about solving problems for customers, diligent and conscientious and who is ready to get behind a new product that will make a real difference for schools.
Role: Full-time, permanent
Location: Remote based opportunity
Salary: £28k – £34k – depending on experience
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide first-line support on all matters relating to the product, confident across phone, live-chat and email channels.
Develop processes, templates and a library of practical responses for regular inbound issues and queries.
Engage with customers, provide product demonstrations and help schools and trusts to onboard users.
Record, summarise and champion the feedback we receive from customers, ploughing insight back through the team as we develop our product.

You should totally think about this if you….
Have at least 4 years' experience of customer support.
Are a confident communicator with an excellent handle of written English.
Care about great customer service (rather than see it as a steppingstone role)
Are front-footed and proactive, spotting and resolving issues independently.
Are organised and all-over your admin.
