Wild are working on a full time position working as a Customer Service Manager. This is working for a market leader in its field, for a company who invest in their employees. This role will be split working in the office and working from home.
This is managing a small customer service team, ensuring the team deliver a high standard of customer service and achieve great results.
Responsibilities:
Assist in development of the team
One to ones
Attend meetings
Resolve escalations
Produce weekly and monthly reports
Support with projects
Ensure team are hitting KPI's
Experience:
For this role you need to have previous experience managing a team, ideally from a remote based role. You will need to be motivated to want to help your team as well as want to develop the vision of the company and always want to strive to do the best that you can.
You will be process driven, and always looking at the bigger picture and looking for new ideas. You will have experience within projects and developing new ideas. You must have good clear communication skills both written and verbally.
