Customer Service Manager
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 dependent on experience,
Based near Towcester, Milton Keynes
9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.
Our client is looking for a hands on person, to manage their busy customer service desk and oversee all aspects of their customer service operations to offer high standards of customer service to users, remote support to installers, and end user customers.
This is a small, but busy and growing team, and the role will require
process improvements, service monitoring and expansion.
As a Customer Service Manager you will:
Manage the activities of the Customer Support team – work allocation/ follow up issues/escalations/delegation
Drive the performance of team
Feedback and commentary into monthly management meetings
Responsible for SLA/timeframes/Reduction in complaints
This role will require a candidate with a technical background or knowledge of IT and someone who is comfortable testing new releases, reviewing Systems and Processes and working with large customers to ensure smooth integration with them
The successful candidate must have:
Good verbal and non verbal skills
Experienced in customer service management
Experienced in people management, setting goals and targets
Able to work within ISO and Quality Standards, and to achieve
Calm disposition – able to deal with customer complaints and complex situations clearly and with ownership
Well organised and good time management skills and able to instil these
disciplines in team
Successful DBS Check
Experience with Office applications, CRM/Contact databases
This is a role in which you can really develop full autonomy and make a difference
