Customer Service Team Manager

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: 30,000 per annum

Hours: Flexible hours considered

Our client is a growing health care services and equipment provider and they are looking for a Customer Service Manager for their Wheelchair division. This is a fantastic company that works closley with the NHS and other healthcare providers who truly look after their staff in terms of flexibility and progression.

As a Customer Service Manager you will be respnsible for:

* Coach, mentor and motivate their customer service team

* Ensure all orders are processed efficiently

* Deal with particularly sensitive calls and request, queries and complaints

* Ensure complaints are dealt with in the correct manor

* Utilise data and spreadsheets to ensure work is completed to time scales and efficiency

You will need to have:

* Experience overseeing a team of customer service staff

* Relevant customer service experience

* Strong Excel abilities
