We have an exciting opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing toy companies in the business. Our client is part of a large international group, and due to their expansion, have created a new opportunity for a Customer Service Manager who will be solely responsible for managing their major accounts.
The purpose of this role is to optimise the long-term relationships with their major retail partners and act as a customer advocate within the business to enhance the overall customer experience for their partners.
This is a senior level role and you will be the lead point of contact for all their major accounts from order entry to delivery. Acting as the key point of liaison between sales and operations.
The primary responsibilities will include managing the sales order processing, customer relationship management and collating and analysing customer sales data. You will also need to have a good understanding of ERP systems and advanced excel.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, account management and is self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
Our client would consider people who have previously worked within customer service, sales support, account management and have experience with sales order processing.
Our client is easily commutable from High Wycombe, Amersham, Beaconsfield and accessible from the M40.
Salary £40K and Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
