Customer Service – Fraud Team
Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for Fraud Analysts to work for one of our very reputable outsourcers based in Milton Keynes. Our client is a market leader in their industry and offer a range of financial services to a number of high-profile banks and financial institutions across the globe; due to expansion they are now looking for talented and experienced individuals to join their fraud advisors' team. Based in the Caldecott area.
Role outline
Taking inbound calls from customers who feel their account has been subject to fraudulent activity
Making outbound calls to account holders you feel may have had some type of fraudulent activity occur on their card
Spotting anomalies in data which could be a sign of fraud
Establishing with clients their spending history and patterns
Key Information:
Full-time / Temporary to Permanent
40 hours per week
Must be fully flexible between 8.00am to 21.00pm, Monday to Sunday
£10.14ph – Weekly Pay
Requirements
Call centre experience is extremely beneficial
Logical and analytical thinker
Ability to solve complex problems and spot trends and patterns in data
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional communication skills
