An opportunity to work for a highly successful, family run business with a legacy of being a the go to supplier for parts that support aviation and automotive sectors! They are looking for a customer service superstar – to join their team to support the Sales Department.
Now don't panic, there is no sales, targets or KPI's involved! All you have to do is be a dab-hand with laising with customers and ensuring that their orders are inputted correctly and provide them with regular, detailed updates!
You will have the chance to work with a great bunch of people who will be doing the same as you as well as the Sales Execs which are out on the road bringing the orders in! Previous administrative experience within a sales environment
• Previous experience working with a Manufacturer / or in a Manufacturing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator when dealing with customers
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team and demonstrate initiative
• Ability to use Microsoft Office packages to an intermediate level
