An opportunity for a Customer Service Executive has been newly created within a flourishing and financially stable company in the energy sector. This company has been thriving during the global pandemic this year and has exciting plans for the future.
The role of Customer Service Executive will be responsible for point of contact with all customers ensuring that both verbal and written queries and complaints are efficiently and effectively dealt with whilst adhering to SLA’s.
There will be a requirement to also make outbound calls in order to proactively resolve issues supporting payment or outstanding debt.
Job Responsibilities:
* Handling customer telephone calls, emails and LiveChat queries
* Dealing with customer complaints through to resolution
* Dealing with escalated & complex queries
* Providing informative customer feedback and insight to drive process improvements
* Championing the customer requirements throughout their contract
* Planning and deployment of new services and system enhancements contractual agreement
* Processing orders for customer additions and deletions
Skills & experience required:
* A proven track record in a customer focused B2B role
* Telephone, email and LiveChat experience
* Able to deal with conflict
* Must be able to take a creative approach to work
* Introduce new ways to work more effectively and efficiently
* Good written and spoken English
* Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Word and outlook
* Industry experience desirable but not essential
