One of our lovely clients who are continuously growing and expanding are looking for a full time (Office based Customer coordinator to work in their Milton Keynes Office).
* Act as the first respondent for all incoming service requests, telephone, email and online
* Handling and recording retailer customer queries and service issues in a timely and accurate manner.
* Be conversant and ensure adherence to all Trading Standards and Consumer Act legislation
* Be conversant in all written and supporting client documentation, e.g. Guarantees, Service Level Agreements
* Managing and maintaining good customer relationships
* Able to provide and maintain good customer experience levels
* Working with key stakeholders to manage, monitor and improve client relationships
* Responsibility for service resolution within given and agreed timeframes
* Take ownership of problems through to the point of solution, completion or responsible handover
* Responsibility for ordering, dispatching and recording of service parts, co-ordinating with our factory colleagues in China
* Manage returns and report on key issues and trends
* Manage and monitor service engineer performance
* Perform other related duties, as required
