We're seeking a talented Customer Service Coordinator to join our established and growing client, one of the UK's leading distributors of industrial automation and electrical products. This is a full time, permanent position based in Milton Keynes and the salary is up to £22,000 depending on experience.
As Customer Service Coordinator, your role will be to develop customer service procedures, implement them across the group and manage our client's customer and supplier returns.
Responsibilities
Reviewing and processing customer returns on the CRM and raising Returns Notes
Liaising with Purchasing on inspecting returned goods for compliance
Arranging collections of returns with carriers from Service Centres / Customers
Arranging Supplier Returns
Issuing of Customer credits
Monitor Customer Returns, and chase up after 30 days of request
Review and monitor Customer Complaints via Customer Survey, and raise actions on the Service Centre Managers on low scoring responses
Liaising with Warehouse Team / Service Centres/ Suppliers/ Customers Skills and Experience
As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you’ll have:
The ability to resolve customer calls and queries to the highest standard
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

A 35-hour working week
25 days holiday a year with the ability to flex up to 5 days
