We are currently recruiting on behalf of local Head Office, who manufacturer and produce electrical devices for clients across the globe. Due to significant growth, they are looking for a Coordinator to join their Customer Service team.
This role supports the Customer Service team with administrative duties including order processing, invoicing as well as managing the deliveries and customer expectations. With long standing success within their industry, the ideal candidate will be joining an exciting journey as a pivotal part of the team.
About the role:
Inputting orders onto system efficiently
Processing shipments
Ensuring all documentation is accurate (including import and export)
Creating invoices & POs where needed
Providing quotes where needed
Processing deposits and prepayments
Ensure orders are dispatched & delivered in line with agreed timeframes
Liaise with customers in regards to order processing & ETAs of delivery
About you:
Commercial knowledge
A logistics or import/export experience
Working knowledge of an ERP system
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
A clear communicator both written and verbally
What's on offer:
8:30am – 4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 to 3:30pm on a Friday
Office based with the option to work from home on occasion
£28,000 to £30,000 DOE
