Customer Relations Co-ordinator

up to £22,000 plus monthly bonus and overtime pay

Hours – Monday to Friday (between 8.30 an 6pm (two shifts ) and every 3rd Saturday (9am 12pm) -overtime is paid for working a Saturday .

This a great opportunity to join an established and growing Company in the Optical medical industry. You will be working as a part of a team providing excellent customer service over the phone and by email .

Providing optimum levels of customer service by answering enquiries accurately (e.g. regarding pricing, product availability, lead times etc)
Listening and developing a professional rapport with the customer so as to take all the necessary action to meet customer needs and provide a unique customer experience
Receiving orders from customers by telephone, fax or post and processing orders promptly and accurately on an internal system
Taking a pro-active customer calling approach ensuring our customers are kept up to date at all times
Taking an active role in departmental promotions and incentivesPrevious Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable and optical experience is also advantage
