The purpose of the role is to ensure that new customers are brought on-board and cared for to an extremely high standard and all services are delivered without fault. The Customer Service Assistant acts as a first point of contact and support for all customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administration and creation of customer accounts.
Provisioning services, features and telecoms for customers.
Adding, removing and changing services for customers as required.
Managing customer requests to ensure all customer correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner.
Answering customer queries via telephone, email and live chat.
Managing fault reports and ensuring resolutions are delivered.
Order numbers and ensure sufficient stock is available.
Creation of customer agreements and update of associated contract, billing and other documents.
Customer training via phone calls and online screen-sharing
Maintain an excellent working relationship with key accounts to ensure they are aware of and are making full use of the services.
Performing proactive calls and checks with customers at various stages of their contract period.
Creating customer documents such as "how-to" guides/videos.
Client accounts management.
Weekly bespoke reporting for customers as required.
Provide support and guidance on all products.
Skills and experience required:
Strong Microsoft Office experience.
An understanding of Google Analytics/Ads.
Strong customer service and relationship skills.
Strong online technology / application skills.
Strong time management and organisational skills, working to tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience working in a service-oriented industry.
Quick thinker and able think through issues to provide solutions.
