The Role: Assistant Display Site Sales Manager
We are looking for someone who thrives on working in a customer driven environment to be part of our sales team based at The Greenhouse People Milton Keynes, Dobbies Garden World, Belvedere Lane, Watling Street, Fenny Stratford, Milton Keynes, MK17 9JH – one of our 39 UK display sites.
The role is part-time, working 3 or preferably 4 days a week on a rota pattern to normally include every second weekend. NB A full-time role is available.
You will:
* sell our full range of garden products direct to customers
* use your passion for customer service to provide an exceptional customer experience
* demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with a range of stakeholders – face-to-face, on the telephone and via email
* use IT systems with confidence – we will, of course, train you to use ours
* have a good standard of spoken and written English, to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and colleagues
* take pride in the display site by ensuring that the site and buildings are well maintained and look their best
* be able to cover other sites as required – a full driving license is strongly desired
* work on a rota basis, including every second weekend

* an annual full-time salary of at least £28 000, consisting of a basic salary of £22205, uncapped commission – typically a minimum of £5000 per annum – and a non-contractual profit and performance related bonus – approximately £1000 per annum. All values are prorated depending on number of contractual days worked/week.
