Do you have a strong Customer Service background with a desire to go the extra mile for customers and clients?

We are currently recruiting for a number of telephone based Customer Service positions in the Milton Keynes area and are keen to speak with candidates who go above and beyond in their role.

You must have exceptional communication skills and be able to liaise confidently and clearly over the phone with a wide range of customers, dealing with various questions and queries.

The majority of the roles are inbound customer service positions however these roles also include outbound calls (not targeted or cold calling)
