ybrid role – 2 days from home, 3 days in the office.
Customer Service Advisor roles – Financial Services.
We are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors – initially until 26th February 2023 (could be longer or permanent for the right individuals).
The role requires 3 weeks in the offices based at Tongwell working 9am-5pm (30 mins lunch). Once training is completed you will be working from home (equipment supplied).
You’ll be working for a luxury car manufacturer within financial services (this is a regulated environment therefore background checks will be carried out – dbs and credit).
Delivering an excellent service to all customers as an 'information and administration provider’ providing the highest level of customer satisfaction to ensure customer loyalty to the brand. Ensure all customer queries are responded to and actioned ensuring customers are fully informed and have been guided through their finance contract.
You’ll be responding to incoming emails, calls, live chats, text chats and correspondence, providing a one stop resolution for customers and internal colleagues.
Responding to queries in respect of products and services within the agreed time scales, investigating the queries on the various IT systems used throughout the Company.
Recording all queries and action points on the relevant department customer contact system.
Carrying out necessary contract administration within service level agreement, ensuring adherence to task specific procedure and process.
Prioritise and organise workload to ensure completed within service level agreement.
To be considered:
* Previous experience in customer service/contact centre (financial services would be beneficial).
* Excellent communication skills, letter/email writing including accurate English grammar and outstanding interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
* Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
* Able and willing to take ownership of problems and resolve them to a satisfactory conclusion within predetermined time frames.
* Demonstrate ability to learn and employ finance and credit-control knowledge.
