Major recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for temporary Customer Service Advisors to start in July 2021. This role will see you responsible for delivering excellent customer service to customers and stakeholders. You will take ownership for the investigation and resolution of queries, whilst always being focused on first time resolution. Due to Covid 19 will be able to work from home and would need an internet connection and space to work. Equipment will be provided ie: PC, Monitor, headphones etc. Training will be in the office and ongoing training will be remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a full understanding of company services and products and all relevant operating systems.
* Promote a customer focused approach
* Remain positive and enthusiastic during every customer contact.
* Update all key information in the systems clearly and concisely, ensuring customers are updated regularly with progress on their query.
* Ensure communication is in a timely and professional manner and the query resolved to the customers satisfaction.
* Invoke the department escalation process when needed.
* To complete reports in a timely manner
* Attend regular meetings and briefs by management
* Demonstrate a positive and pro-active attitude.
* Planning and organisation skills with the ability to multi task whilst working under pressure.
* Excellent customer focus and attention to detail.
* Experience in dealing with difficult customers.
