Customer Care Agent – Work from home

Location : Milton Keynes (WFH available – successful applicant will need to collect there IT Equipment from the office on day 1)

Start date : ASAP

Duration : 3 months.

Shifts :

Days : Mon – Sunday (rotating shifts, 1 weekend shift in 3) 12:30 to 21:30, 09:00 to 18:00, 08:00 to 17:00

Nights : Monday – Sunday (4 on, 4 off) 21:00 to 08:00

Training : 09.30 to 17.30

Days : £10.57

Nights : £10.81

Adecco are proud to offer an exciting opportunity working for a company that is driving change to help customers transition into the world of electric vehicles. A supplier of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, based in Milton Keynes.

Due to continual rapid growth, our client is looking for Temporary Customer Service Advisors for 3 months with the opportunity to apply for a permanent position at the end, if this is something you are looking for. We are looking for confident, articulate, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. When we say customer service, this could be in a contact centre environment or working in a retail shop. We need people that want to help customers and deliver great service

This role will be working in state-of-the-art offices. There will be a shift system in place covering 12:30 to 21:30, 09:00 to 18:00, 08:00 to 17:00. In addition, you will be required to work 1 weekend in 3, with time off in the week.

Training is provided for this role , training will take place Monday to Friday 09:30 to 17:30.

Knowledge & Experience

You're passionate about customer service
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
You're confident being on the phone
Strong comunication skills
