Customer Service Advisor
Full Time: Between 9am – 6pm
Monday to Friday
Overtime available
Location: Magna Park, Milton Keynes
Salary: £9.61ph
Work from Home after training

Responsibilities:
– Build rapport with customers and establish their needs
– Capable to consistently handle inbound calls, contact flow
– Skilled in confidently giving customers information needed
– Ability to react quickly to any situation and suggest a resolution
– Ability to remain positive and enthusiastic with all customer contact
– Ability to provide the highest level of customer service
– Confident at maintaining customer loyalty

A Successful candidate:
– Proven experience within a customer service office environment
– Experienced in working with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
– IT literate
– Excellent spelling and grammar

The customer service department are responsible for handling the majority of contacts between internal departments and customers daily. A successful candidate will be part of a growing team with a collective goals to log customer queries, ensure all communication with customers is performed in a professional and timely manner including tracking of customer's orders, promoting self-service and alternative products to new and existing customers.
