This organisation is experiencing huge growth within the UK. With the business getting busier and busier an exciting new role for a personal assistant has been created on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:
Within the role, you will be working very closely with the managing director. Being Russian himself, he is looking for someone who is also able to speak Russian, as well as English so nothing is lost in translation! You will be taking calls from both english customers as well as suppliers and customers overseas in Russian.
Responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling and organising meetings
* Taking calls / answering enquiries
* Replying to emails
* Short notice tasks such as booking flights / hotels
* Diary management
* Telephone answering and taking messages as appropriate
* Assisting the wider office team with general admin if required

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:
* Office based experienced
* Accurate with attention to detail
* Ability to work without supervision
* Adaptable and able to prioritise workload
* Flexible approach to workload demands
* Fluent in Russian (or Lithuanian) and English
