Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor – Membership based in Milton Keynes for a reputable professional organisation.

Salary: £24,000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes + Remote
Type of Contract: Permanent 
Hours: 35 hours a week, between 7am and 7pm. Predominately, 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:30am – 5:30pm. 2 Days remote working

The role…

As the Customer Service Advisor – Membership your role will involve the following important duties:

Receive and respond to enquiries through multiple platforms to team/department targets and goals.
Use CRM systems and others to record enquiries.
Support members, subscribers and licence holders in understanding products, services and benefits available to them.
Identify, locate and contact individuals whose contact information is incorrect in order to obtain up to date details. 
Locate individuals who have not paid their fees/annual subscriptions/declared CPD in order to obtain payment/ confirm declarations. 
Produce letters regarding membership/student status. 
Basic record administrations and data cleansing. 
The experience required…

As a successful Customer Service Advisor – Membership, you will have the following:

Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Experienced in managing multi-channel enquiries, including phone, email, online chat and social media. 
Good IT skills including Word and Excel and CRM systems. 
Excellent attention to detail. 
Experience in collecting debt or outbound sales is desirable but not essential.
