Customer Service Advisor, Milton Keynes

Location: Milton Keynes – hybrid working (mix of office and home)
Salary: £18,485 + great benefits
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shifts: Between 8am – 9pm Mon-Fri and Sat 9am-5pm on a rota basis
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Advisor for a client based in Milton Keynes!
CCA Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for customer service advisors, to answer inbound calls; you will take ownership of the call, which may include some investigating. You will provide an efficient and appropriate responses, whilst also dealing with any enquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
What is involved?
Taking incoming calls and responding to emails efficiently. As a Contact Centre Advisor you'll be handling typical enquiries working in conjunction with company policies and procedures. You will handle all interactions within agreed timescales, whilst also working in conjunction with company policies and procedures.
What are we looking for?
Excellent customer service skills
Call centre experience (Our client would love to hear from you if you have prior call centre experience)
