Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor based in Milton Keynes on a fixed term contract until December for a reputable professional organisation.
Summary of the Customer Service Advisor role…
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes + Remote. Must be within commutable distance of Milton Keynes in order to be in the office 2/3 days a week.
Type of Contract: Fixed term contract until December 2022.
Hours: 35 hours a week, between 7am and 7pm. Predominately, 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:30am – 5:30pm. 2 Days remote working
The role…
As the Customer Service Advisor your role will involve the following important duties:
* Receive and respond to enquiries through multiple platforms to team/department targets and goals.
* Use CRM systems and others to record enquiries.
* Support members, subscribers and licence holders in understanding products, services and benefits available to them.
* Identify, locate and contact individuals whose contact information is incorrect in order to obtain up to date details.
* Locate individuals who have not paid their fees/annual subscriptions/declared CPD in order to obtain payment/ confirm declarations.
* Produce letters regarding membership/student status.
* Basic record administrations and data cleansing.
The experience required…
As a successful Customer Service Advisor, you will have the following:
* Must be within commutable distance of Milton Keynes in order to be in the office 2/3 days a week.
* Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Experienced in managing multi-channel enquiries, including phone, email, online chat and social media.
* Good IT skills including Word and Excel and CRM systems.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experience in collecting debt or outbound sales is desirable but not essential.
