Customer Service Advisor – Fraud
Job Title: Fraud Analyst – Customer Service Advisor within Fraud
Location: Milton Keynes – Office based
Salary: 21,091 (£10.40 per hour)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: Must be fully flexible between 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday – 5/7 days per week
Contract: Permanent
This is a great opportunity to represent a leading financial services organisation, helping and supporting customers who find themselves in a potentially frightening situation as a potential victim of fraud.
We are looking for Customer Service Advisors who can provide an empathetic approach to what can be a very difficult situation and provide the support and understanding required to bring the call to a resolution. Listening and effective questioning are key, whilst building a great rapport with the customers.
What are we looking for?
You have prior customer support experience – within a customer focused role either in a contact centre or face to face environment
You're passionate about customer services and have a can do enthusiastic work ethic
Excellent listening skills
Polite and clear verbal communication skills
Good IT and Computer skills
