One of the biggest e-commerce suppliers of automotive parts and products are growing the team internally and are on the lookout for a new customer service representative
THE ROLE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:
As a customer service advisor, you will be on the frontline for customer queries. These mainly take the form of order enquiries or fitment compatibility. You will have a number of responsibilities within the business which will include:
Answering customer enquiries over phone and email
Inputting orders
General administration
Ensure listings and inventory is up to date
This is a small but growing business that has the right plans for the right individual.
EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:
Although coming from an automotive background would be beneficial, it is not necessarily required although a base understanding or passion of cars, is.
This role would suit someone who is comfortable dealing with a fast paced environment and communicating with customers who both phone in and email queries.
